WorkBalance is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool designed to help you track your work patterns, energy, and stress through short daily check-ins. The service is provided free of charge.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

WorkBalance is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapy service. The Sustainability Score, insights, and any content in the app are for self-awareness only.

If you are experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, or any health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use WorkBalance as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login details. You must be at least 16 years old to use WorkBalance, or have consent from a parent or guardian if required by your local laws.

You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

You agree not to:

• Use WorkBalance for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or other users, accounts.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content.
• Automate access or scrape data without our permission.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.

Your use of WorkBalance is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

WorkBalance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aimlief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of WorkBalance after changes means you accept the updated terms.
