How much does membership cost?

$9 USD per month. Everything the app offers, in one simple plan.

When am I charged?

Your first payment happens after your 5-day trial ends, on the day you become a member, and then on the same day each month. Your exact renewal date is shown in billing settings under "Manage billing".

Is there a trial before my first payment?

Yes. Your first five days are a trial, so you can try the full app before your first monthly payment.

How do I pay, and who sees my card details?

You pay by card through secure Stripe checkout. We never see or store your card details; card management happens entirely on Stripe's secure billing page.

What happens if a payment does not go through?

Your membership is marked in billing so you know something needs attention. You can update your card on the secure billing page to keep your access.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Daily check-ins and your basic tracking remain available without a membership. The membership unlocks the full recovery library, AI recovery plans and the coaching tools.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, under "Manage billing". That opens the secure billing page where you can cancel in a few clicks. No email or phone call needed.

What happens after I cancel?

Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it simply does not renew. No new charges after you cancel, and you keep full access until that day.

Do I lose my check-ins and history if I cancel?

No. Your account and your check-in history stay with your profile. You can delete your account and data at any time from your settings.

Can I rejoin later?

Yes. You can start a new membership any time from the pricing page.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Your membership simply runs to the end of the period you have paid for, so there is nothing left to refund after it ends. We do not issue partial refunds for time you have already paid for.

What if something went wrong with a payment?

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a payment went wrong in any other way, reach out through the channels on the Aimlief website and we will look at it with you.

How does the invite link work?

Every member gets their own invite link in Settings. When someone signs up through your link, they become a new member of their own, and their first payment is credited to you.

How much credit do I earn?

$4.50 for each invited friend who pays their first month, 50% of their first month. It arrives as a credit on your next bill.

When does the credit arrive?

After your friend's first real payment. Because of the five-day trial, that is usually about five days after they sign up.

What are the limits?

A link only counts for a brand-new account, and each friend can only be counted once. You cannot invite yourself. You can see your invited friends, who has paid and your credit total in Settings.

Does my friend get a discount?

No. Your friend always pays the normal $9 per month. The credit is our thank you to you.
