Billing terms

5-day free trial. Your first five days are a trial, so you can try the full app before your first payment.
Your first payment happens after the trial ends, on the day you become a member, and then on the same day each month.
$9 USD per month, billed to your card through secure Stripe checkout.
Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel.
We never see or store your card details; card management happens entirely on Stripe's secure billing page.
If a payment does not go through, your membership is marked in billing and you can update your card to keep access.
You can see invoices, update your card and manage your membership any time in Settings, under "Manage billing".

What happens when you cancel

You can cancel any time, from the secure billing page in Settings. No email or phone call needed.
Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it simply does not renew.
No new charges after you cancel. You keep full access until that day.
Your account and your check-in history stay with your profile, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

Share the calm

Every member gets their own invite link. When a friend you invited pays their first month, you receive $4.50 as a credit on your next bill, 50% of their first month. Your friend always pays the normal price.

Questions

Is there a free version of WorkBalance?

Yes. Daily check-ins and your basic tracking remain available without a membership. The membership unlocks the full recovery library, AI recovery plans and the coaching tools.

When exactly am I charged?

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Your membership simply runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If something went wrong with a payment, reach out and we will look at it with you.
